A sacred karanda crowned with Ram Darbar
On top of this antique gold-tone karanda stands Lord Ram with his bow, with Sita, Lakshman and Hanuman beside him, under a lion-face arch with fine scrollwork. The square body is set with a grid of ruby-pink and green kemp-style stones. The front latch holds the lid shut. Keep haldi and kumkum inside for daily puja, Ram Navami, Mangalagauri, Makar Sankranti and Navratri haldi-kumkum, or give it as a bridal or housewarming gift.
